April 2023 - Enhanced Employee Goals & Tracking

We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest update to Express Evaluations, which includes significant improvements to our goal setting and tracking capabilities. With these enhancements, you will have access to more comprehensive metrics and notes, giving you greater insights into your progress towards your goals.

With our new and improved goal-setting feature, you can set up specific targets (we call them "Metrics") and track your progress towards achieving them over time. You can now add detailed notes to each goal to document the actions you've taken, progress made, and any additional context related to your efforts.


Additionally, any comments on a goal can now be removed by the person who created the comment by clicking the "X" icon next to the comment in the activity log.

With our latest update, you can now view and track the performance of your goals over time, analyze your progress with visual charts and graphs, and identify areas where you may need to adjust your approach. Admins also have a new UI with progress indicators showing the status of each goal quickly without having to look at the details of each individual goal.

Additional Misc Updates

Update to Manager Access

Managers are now able to:

  1. Assign peers to evaluations

  2. Assign additional signers from the Evaluations page

  3. Move individual feedback requests back to "In Progress"

    1. Managers are only able to move the status back to In Progress and will not be able to move them to Waiting for review, or finalized like HR can.

 

We believe these new features will help you and your team achieve your performance goals more efficiently and effectively.
