We've heard from many of you that you want a more streamlined performance management process, one that allows you to track your team's progress more easily and make more informed decisions about promotions, training, and other HR-related matters. With Employee Check-Ins, you can log regular one-on-one meetings with your team members as you discuss their goals, progress, and any issues or concerns they may have. These check-ins can be recorded in our system, allowing you to track your team's progress over time and identify areas for improvement.
We've also added the ability for managers to log notes on employee performance. These notes can be referenced during an evaluation, providing a comprehensive view of an employee's achievements and challenges. By having a record of your team's performance, you can make more informed decisions about promotions, training opportunities, and other HR-related matters.
