HR professionals typically have a lot on their plate. Making updates and improvements to performance evaluations is always a backburner item. There can be many reasons for this- Generally, using an old clunky system ranks at or near the top.
At Express Evaluations, our goal is to simplify the process for HR users, managers, and employees. Albert worked as the HR Director for a special service district with about 500 employees and was tasked by the CEO to find a new performance management system. The company had been using an old system that was about 20 years past its last major update.
After searching for months and sitting through dozens of system demos, it became clear that a product didn’t exist in the current market that encompassed both the flexibility and affordability for our local government budget. So we decided to make our own.
